Work / Restaurant Product / Web ExperienceReal Project

MyDineSpace

A restaurant product connecting a public dining website, QR entry, outlet discovery and a business portal.

01 / The problem

Where the friction starts.

The guest journey and the restaurant’s operating work need a coherent handoff, even when they happen on different surfaces.

02 / The experience

A more useful way through.

A public introduction leads into a product with routes for QR ordering, outlet discovery and restaurant access. Each surface has a distinct job within the same dining journey.

The build demonstrates product thinking across discovery, guest interaction and operational entry, beyond a standalone marketing website.

03 / The workflow

  1. 01Discover the product
  2. 02Enter through a table QR or outlet
  3. 03Explore the guest menu
  4. 04Access the restaurant business portal
